Our gastroenterologists have extensive knowledge of diseases of the digestive tract, with advanced training and experience in disorders of the esophagus, stomach, small bowel, large intestine (colon), pancreas, liver, and bile ducts. We also offer and encourage screening examinations of the colon to prevent the development of colon cancer in both men and women.

We are following guidelines set by the CDC and actively working with the State Department of Health on the phased approach for vaccine distribution. If you received your first dose of the vaccine from Optum prior to January 25, 2021, you should have already received your appointment confirmation for the second dose. This appointment confirmation will come via phone, text, or email from the State's COVID-19 vaccine registration portal. For those that received their first dose after January 25, 2021, we provided details following your vaccine on how you can get registered for the second dose.

Additionally, those that received their vaccine prior to January 25, 2021: Due to an administrative error, you may have received a bill for the administration of the vaccine. This bill was incorrectly sent out, and you can disregard it. We have removed the charge from your account. Should you have any further questions, please contact us at 1-505-232-1000.

It is important that you keep up with your routine care and health screenings to help prevent future health issues. Start this year with an Annual Screening Visit. To schedule an appointment, please call our Patient Welcome Center at 1-505-232-1000.

We follow all recommended CDC protocols. This includes requiring masks, social distancing, temperature checks, spaced out appointments, and frequent cleaning and disinfecting.
