“We receive a lot of questions regarding college health tips from our patients,” said Rita Leard, MD, Optum Women’s Health Lead Physician. “Our goal is to help women through every stage of their lives, and this includes the exciting transition to college. The goal of this seminar is to provide helpful tips in a relaxed environment for both parents and teenagers.”

  • Improving immunity while living in dorms
  • Vaccinations and flu shots
