Medical Insurance is through the Lovelace Health Plan
ABQ Health Partners Custom Plan with pharmacy rider – 1 plan with 4 Tiers of coverage.
- Tier 1 – ABQ HP & Lovelace Health System Facilities
- Tier 2 – Expanded Lovelace Health Plan (LHP)
- Network to include specialties not available in Tier 1
- Tier 3 – LHP participating providers
- Tier 4 – Non-Participating Providers (out-of-network)
Select PPO High Deductible II with Health Saving Account – The plan is a High Deductible Health Plan designed to be coupled with the ABQ Health Partners Health Saving Account (HSA). This HSA allows you to put money aside to pay for eligible medical care expenses with tax-free dollars.
Dental Coverage
ABQ Health Partners offers a point of service dental plan administered by Delta
Dental of New Mexico. Dental benefits include: diagnostic / preventive
services; basic / restorative services; major services as well as orthodontics services.
The maximum benefit per year is $1,500.
Vision
ABQ Health Partners offers a Vision Service Plan. With this program, you are covered for eye exams, lenses, and frames.
Flexible Spending Account (FSA) – Medical
Medical FSA allows an employee to contribute a portion of their pay check into an
FSA account on a pre-tax basis. You may use your contributions to pay for deductibles,
co-payment amounts and other eligible expenses.

Dependent FSA allows you to contribute a portion of your paycheck into your FSA
account on a pre-tax basis. It is an opportunity for you to pay for eligible dependent
care expenses with pre-tax dollars.
